SNP Landslide Sweeps Labour Aside in Dunfermline!

A political tsunami swept
Labour aside in Dunfermline and elected local SNP candidate Cllr Bill Walker as
Member of the Scottish Parliament (MSP) for Dunfermline in the new Scottish
Parliament.
The full result as declared was:
- Bill Walker (SNP) - 11,050
- Alex Rowley (Labour) - 10,420
- Jim Tolson (LibDems) - 5,576
- James Reekie (Conservative) - 2,093
Winning candidate, Bill Walker, declared: "This is a stunning victory for the positive campaign of pride and self-respect run by the the SNP.

Labour Revelations from former MP Dennis Canavan

"What are we to make of the
confirmation of Scottish Parliamentary manipulation when Alex Rowley was
secretary of the Scottish Labour party in 1998 via a letter now published in
the local Dunfermline Press from former Labour MP, Dennis Canavan ?" (See
attached letter copy) asks SNP Dunfermline SNP Candidate, Bill Walker.
