"Hypocrisy" is a harsh word to accuse a political opponent of but I am sorry to say that it is the only one I can find to apply to the behaviour of Mr Alex Rowley in the Chamber of Fife Council at last Friday's two and a half hour debate on the budget for the forthcoming year.
