Bill Walker, the SNP MSP fro Dunfermline has formally asked Fife Council Chief Executive, Mr Ronnie Hinds, to initiate an enquiry into the official process surrounding the current search for suitable Gypsy Traveller Stopover Sites in Fife, including a possible one near the Cairneyhill roundabout on the A985 trunk road.
